Bear Crew Volunteer Sign-up 2025

Thanks for your interest in serving as a Bear Crew Volunteer! This form is where STUDENTS sign up for Bear Crew to help with move-in. As a volunteer, you will help welcome students and families to campus, unload vehicles, move belongings to rooms, and answer questions.

Bear Crew Volunteers will receive a meal voucher for each day that you work as well as an official Bear Crew t-shirt.

THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT - As my organization's primary contact, I understand and agree to the following information:

-- A group must have at least 12 students sign up to get the group name on the t-shirts (this is what the t-shirt vender requires for a screen print).

-- Your student organization may be charged $10/shirt if less than 100% of your group's shifts are worked during move-in weekend.

-- If more than 25% of your group's shifts are not worked, your group will be charged for the full cost of the t-shirts (which is roughly $20/shirt).

-- I will remind everyone in my group about their commitment to work their shifts and attend the Bear Crew Orientation Session.
