This form is used by residents to request housing during Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks.

PRIORTY FOR ON CAMPUS HOUSING WILL BE GIVEN TO CURRENT ON-CAMPUS STUDENTS

Break Housing

You will need to gather any necessary belongings from your present assignment and take them with you as you will not be allowed back into your permanent assignment until buildings re-open.

We offer a limited number of spaces to students who live in Blair-Shannon, Freddy, Wells and Woods (buildings which close over the break periods). Break periods are listed below.

Thanksgiving Break:
Buildings close at 10am on Saturday, November 21 and re-open at 4pm on Friday, November 27.

Winter Break:
Buildings close at 10 am on Saturday, December 12 and re-open at 8am on Saturday, January 16.

Spring Break:
Buildings close at 10am on Saturday, March 13 and re-open at 8am on Sunday, March 21.

The cost of this on campus housing is $25/night for a double occupancy space and $37.50/night for a private space (when available). The Residence Life office will let you know if we have space available for you on campus via email.

Standard Double Occupancy (Shared bedroom/bathroom) for $25/night Private Bedroom, shared bathroom (space permitting) for $37.50/night. If not available, you will be assigned to a standard double occupancy space for the standard rate above.
Double Occupancy Addendum:

I acknowledge that, if assigned to a double occupancy space, I may receive a roommate at any time and the room will be kept ready to receive a new roommate. If the space is found to be not ready for an additional occupant I will be charged the private room rate for the entire duration of the break period, not just the dates of my stay.
